Tracy and Vigard discover a clue that could expose members of Rivelt’s slave trafficking ring. Their inquiries trigger murders, and Vigard may be the next target. It’s a good thing they have a reason to get off the planet. An alien slave needs rescue from a Syndicate space station, but Tracy winds up in more danger there than Vigard faced at home. This slave they’re trying to free—whose side is she really on?
